Redemptive Motherhood Retreat 2026
Returning to the Body: The Nervous System as the Path to Wholeness
June 4–7, 2026 | Lake Keowee, South Carolina
An Invitation to Come Home
Returning to the Body
Spring 2026, I’m hosting an intimate three-night retreat for mothers who long to come home to their bodies, their stories, and the safety that was once lost but can be restored. Returning to the Body is a gentle and transformative immersion into nervous system healing through the lens of Redemptive Motherhood. Together, we will slow down, listen to the stories our bodies hold, and rediscover what it means to mother from wholeness instead of survival. This weekend is for the mother looking to understand her story, heal their nervous system, and learn how to mother from a place of peace, not striving.
“The most redemptive work a mother can do is to return to her body, listen to the story it carries, and let love rewrite her story and her children’s story.”
